It includes: (1) a normalized gene expression matrix for relevant genes (e.g., ALDO1, SORD, AKR1B1, KHK, FASN, SREBF1); (2) a matrix of hepatic metabolite concentrations (e.g., sorbitol, fructose, triglycerides, glutathione, lactate, pyruvate); and (3) pathway analysis results with p-values, FDR, involved genes and direction of regulation.
