It includes: (1) time-series isotopic enrichment of key metabolites; (2) metabolic flux model outputs (including model convergence, AIC/BIC, and estimated fluxes through the polyol pathway and de novo lipogenesis); and (3) simulated spectroscopy-like spectral data.
