This dataset contains synthetic metabolic flux data generated using simulated Carbon-13 (¹³C) tracer studies, modeling hepatic polyol pathway activity in Type 2 Diabetes. It includes: (1) time-series isotopic enrichment of key metabolites; (2) metabolic flux model outputs (including model convergence, AIC/BIC, and estimated fluxes through the polyol pathway and de novo lipogenesis); and (3) simulated spectroscopy-like spectral data. The dataset is intended solely for testing research data repository platforms.</description>
